I couldn't be happier with Charles Automotive. I brought my car there when traveling as I was in dire need of an oil change, and received the BEST Chevy service that I have ever had with the most thorough inspection of my car. The express technician was amazing and caught several service issues which my home dealership failed to either catch or mention.They were friendly, trustworthy, reasonable and not at all pushy. I scheduled my future service appointment to get the work done at Charles, and I know where I will be bringing my car from now on! Well done, and thank you!

I was passing through Coloma on my way home to Madison from a work trip, and starting having trouble with my car. I stopped at Charles Automotive to see if they could fix it. It was close to closing time, and John took a quick look at my car and thought I would need to leave it overnight. He was a great help by offering me a loaner car to Madison so I could get home and come back the next day after work. I didn't get too far down the road when John called me and said he could fix my car right away so that I could come back and pick up. John was my lifesaver for the day and he didn't even end up charging me since it's was an easy fix. Even though I live over an hour away, I would take my car back there any day! Definitely a five star rating!
